How to compile Isolated Execution Linux modules

The project SVN repository gives read access for all site users and it is also possible to access the repository anonymously (see the Subversion page in the project site for more info).

After making the checkout (the exact way depends on your SVN client), if you want to build the linux modules, you will need to copy to the top source dir of theses modules in you working copy the 'autogen.sh' file that you can found at:

http://freshmeat.net/projects/buildconf/

Then, modify autogen.sh by adding the following lines near the beginning to indicate the required dependencies:

REQUIRED_AUTOCONF_VERSION=2.57
REQUIRED_AUTOMAKE_VERSION=1.10
#REQUIRED_GLIB_GETTEXT_VERSION=0.13.1
REQUIRED_LIBTOOL_VERSION=1.4
REQUIRED_PKG_CONFIG_VERSION=0.14.0

and then run the autogen.sh script to generate all the initial makefiles, configure, etc.

After this you can build the linux modules with the usual procedure:

$ ./configure
$ make
$ make install

All this information can be found in the file README.CVS at the linux module directory in the repository
